The following musicians are featured on Stacey Clark’s CD “Love Came Down at Christmas”

Daniel Kushner
Violinist Daniel Kushner played for many years with the Canadian Opera Company, Royal Winnipeg Ballet and Hamilton Philharmonic orchestras. Since 1990 he has devoted himself to chamber music, and produces and performs in concerts featuring works by 20th Century English composers such as Delius, Elgar and Vaughan Williams. Daniel leads the Gala String Quartet which performs at corporate events, was a founding member of the Riverdale Ensemble, and is an active freelance player around Toronto.

Colin Savage
Colin Savage has performed on recorder and clarinet with ensembles in Canada, the U.S.A and Japan, including Artek, New York Collegium, Tafelmusik, Canadian Opera Company, Opera Atelier, Apollo1s Fire and the Toronto Consort. He has been invited to perform with La Nouvelle Simphonie, directed by Hervé Niquet in the fall of 2002. He is principal clarinetist with the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, and frequently performs chamber and orchestral music on period clarinets and basset horn. Colin is also a member of the crossover band Ensemble Polaris, whose recording of Nordic folk melodies on the Dorian label has received international critical acclaim. He is heard regularly on CBC Radio, and has recorded for Sony Classical, ebs, Analekta, Naxos and Atma labels. He has taught for the Young Artisits Performance Academy at the Glenn Gould Professional School in Toronto. A recently re-awakened interest in photography finds Colin in both well-lit and very dark places.

Lorna Young
Lorna Young is a graduate of the Faculty of Music at the University of Western Ontario, where she studied vocal performance and musicology with Alexandra Browning and Mary Ellen Gustafson. Prior to her return to Toronto, she was a frequent performer with the Saskatoon Opera Association, Prairie Opera, the Saskatoon Chamber Singers and Edmonton's Greenwood Singers. With Kammermusik Toronto she performed the Canadian premier of Johann Kuhnau's solo cantata "Weicht ihr Sorgen aus dem Hertzen" in December 2002. Lorna is the soprano soloist at St. Giles Kingsway Presbyterian Church and a cantor at St. Basil's Roman Catholic Church.
